Saturdays are a great day to spend with family and friends... here are some of the things we do together as a family and with our friends.

F.A.I.T.H. - Friends Are In The House!

The name says it all! This is a special time just for the ladies... usually hosted in one of the ladies' homes, it's quality time spent with friends in fellowship, Bible study and prayer. Rumor has it that this group likes to get out sometimes and have fun!

Community Events

Several times a year we have an opportunity to reach-out to our neighbors in Burtonsville and surrounding areas including Laurel, Columbia, Silver Spring, and beyond... Some examples are our Free Community Appreciation Car Wash, Halloween Alternative and even a Classic Car Show.

Softball Ministry

Who'd think softball could possibly be called a "ministry?' Just ask our new brothers and sisters who might never have come to "church," but were certainly game for a season of slow-pitch!

Clean-Up Days!

Pass by the church some Saturday's and you might wonder what those people are doing together out on the lawn... it just might be a work-day! We're keeping God's house looking good together!

Well, there you go: a week at Burtonsville Baptist Church. Hopefully you've gotten a glimpse of who we are by what we do together. While it's true that we're pretty active and enjoy our time together, we strive to keep our focus on the greatest and most important relationship anyone could ever have: a saving relationship with God through his Son, Jesus.
